Welcome to the Gamingbasics Harry Potter RPG. We hope both Harry Potter, as well as RPG fans will find it contains the best of both worlds, and that you enjoy our first official Gamingbasics RPG. Remaining loyal to "true" roleplaying, Gamingbasics Harry Potter is a tabletop RPG.
This RPG takes place in the world of Harry Potter; our world, and the hidden world within, the wizarding world. We are writing this for scenarios in which the players will be playing students at Hogwarts. As an alternative, a Gamemaster may op to run a game for adult wizards. This game also takes place in the time after Voldemort has lost his powers on baby Harry, but before Harry's start at Hogwarts. This gives a group of characters plenty of time (10 years) to graduate Hogwarts and make room for Harry and the gang to run their own adventures while keeping paradoxes to a minimum and allowing the player characters their own spotlight without any competition.
